Beef Stew

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 250g beef chunks
A little salt and pepper
- butter
1+ tbsp
- Demiglace sauce
1 can
- carrot
1/2 bottle
- Potatoes
2 pieces
- Blueberry & Honey
1 1/2 tablespoons
- 200cc red wine
Hot water 400cc
- Laurier
1枚
- Broccoli and cream
Appropriate amount
- Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
How to make it
1Cut the meat into large bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2Heat the butter in a pan and fry the beef until browned. Add the carrots and stir fry.
3Add red wine, hot water and bay leaves and simmer while skimming off scum (about 40 minutes).
4Add the potatoes, demi-glace sauce, blueberries & honey, and Worcestershire sauce, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through. Finally, adjust seasoning.
5Serve in a bowl, garnish with boiled broccoli and top with cream.
