Honey mustard chicken
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- honey
大さじ1
- Chicken thigh
2枚
- Salt and pepper
A little of each
- grain mustard【A】
大さじ1
- lemon juice【A】
1 teaspoon
- soy sauce【A】
2 teaspoons
- Salad oil【A】
大さじ1
How to make it
1Honey【A】Add and mix well.
2Open the thick part of the chicken thigh and cut it into large bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
3Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the skin side first. Turn it over, reduce heat to low, cover and fry until cooked through.
4Once 3 is cooked, wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper etc. Add 1 and simmer.
5Serve in a bowl and garnish with your favorite vegetables (pictured is cherry tomatoes and watercress).
