Crispy Honey Rusks

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
- Bread crust (8 slices)

- honey

How to make it
1Cut the bread crust into thirds, place on a heat-resistant plate and, without covering with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until crispy.
2Add the butter, sugar, and honey to a Teflon-coated frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring. When the bubbles become small and the color starts to change, turn off the heat.
3Add 1 to 2 and mix, then remove to a plate, break into pieces and leave to cool.
