Onion dressing made with yuzu honey
Ingredients (*Easy to make amount for 1 person)
- Yuzu & Honey

- New onion (medium)
1 piece
- Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
- Olive oil
150cc
- Honey Vinegar (vinegar)
150cc
- salt
1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper

How to make it
1Grate the onion into a large bowl.
2Gradually add Honey Vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil while mixing well with a whisk. Add salt, pepper, and Yuzu & Honey and mix well.
3Store in a dressing bottle.
