Blueberry & Honey Sherbet

- Sheet gelatin

How to make it
1Put the blueberries, honey and water in a pot and heat. Turn off the heat before it boils, add the gelatin leaves that have been soaked in cold water, and mix until completely dissolved.
2Pour the cooled mixture into a container and place in the freezer until it hardens. Before it hardens completely, scrape it with a fork or something and put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process several times.
