Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Pork (shoulder) loin chunk

    300g

  • Soy sauce, sake【A】...1 tablespoon of each

    Sesame oil【A】... 1 teaspoon

  • onion

  • green pepper

    2 small

  • Red and yellow peppers

    1/4 of each

  • Honey and Apple Vinegar【B】... 4 tablespoons

    Soy sauce and water【B】...3 tablespoons of each

  • Pure Honey Vinegar【B】···1 tablespoon

    Mirin and potato starch【B】...1 tablespoon of each

  • Liquor【B】···2 tablespoons

    ketchup【B】...1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Frying oil

    Appropriate amount

How to make it

1Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces【A】Rub well and leave for about 10 minutes.

2Slice the onion into wedges, remove the stems, seeds and pith from the bell pepper and paprika, and cut into irregular pieces.

3Heat the oil to medium temperature and deep fry the vegetables from step 2. Next, coat the pork from step 1 with potato starch and deep fry until golden brown.
