  • Boiled octopus

  • salt

  • Pure Honey Vinegar【A】

  • Fresh ginger

How to make it

1Cut 1 cucumber into small pieces, sprinkle a little salt on it, leave it for a while, and squeeze out the water. Cut 100g boiled octopus into thin slices so that it is easy to eat.

2Slice the fresh ginger into very thin strips along the grain, then soak in cold water for about 10 minutes to make needle ginger.

3【A】Mix the ingredients thoroughly and add step 1. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the chopped ginger from step 2.
