Pickled Yuzu & Honey

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Japanese white radish
300g
- carrot
50g
- salt
1/2 teaspoon
- Yuzu peel
Appropriate amount
- [A] Yuzu & Honey
大さじ3
- [A] Apple Vinegar
大さじ2
- [A] Salt
1/4 teaspoon
How to make it
1Peel the daikon and carrots and cut them into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt and leave for about 10 minutes. Once they have softened, squeeze out the water.
2Mix [A] in a bowl.
3Add ① and yuzu peel to ② and mix.

Rub the daikon and carrots with salt and drain thoroughly so that the marinade can soak in. You can also add salmon or prosciutto if you like.
