Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Unsweetened yogurt

    400g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon stick

    One

  • 八角

    1 piece

  • 【A】水

    350cc

  • 【A】国産 百花蜜

    120g

  • [A] Lemon juice

    1 teaspoon

How to make it

1Remove the core from the apples and slice thinly with the skin on.
Soak in salt water (not included in the recipe).

2Put (A) in a pot and bring to a boil, add the apples, cinnamon sticks, and star anise from step (1), and simmer over low heat, skimming off any scum.
Once the apples are soft, turn off the heat and let cool.

3Place the yogurt in a bowl, top with the apples from step 2, and pour the broth over it.

4《One point advice》
Cinnamon sticks can be substituted with powder.
You can still make it delicious without star anise.
If it's not sweet enough, try adding your favorite honey or honey with fruit juice.
