Beef and mushroom stir-fried with honey and soy sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Beef (thinly sliced)
150g
- Maitake mushroom
100g
- King oyster mushrooms
50g
- butter
10g
- Salad oil

- Green onion (finely chopped)

- [A] Soy sauce
大さじ2
- [A] Alcohol
大さじ2
- [A] Made in Hungary Acacia Honey
大さじ1.5
- [A] Garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon
How to make it
1Cut off the stems of the maitake mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
2Put [A] in a bowl and mix it together.
3Heat Salad oil in a frying pan, add ① and press down with a spatula to cook.
Once cooked, push the beef aside and stir fry.
4When the beef starts to change color, add (A) and stir fry until thoroughly combined.
5To finish, add butter and turn off the heat.
Serve in serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
《One point advice》
When frying mushrooms, do not stir too much as they will release moisture and become watery.
Be sure not to touch it too much with chopsticks and cook it over medium to high heat.
Use whatever mushrooms you like.
Be careful not to overcook the beef.
