Okra and Tomato Honey Vinegar Marinade

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Okra

    8 bottles

  • Mini Tomato

  • Radish sprouts

    Appropriate amount

  • [A] Made in Mexico Orange Honey

    大さじ1

  • [A] Apple Vinegar

    大さじ1

  • [A] Olive oil

    1 1/2 tablespoons

  • [A] Salt

    1/2 teaspoon

  • [A] Black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon

How to make it

1Add (A) to a bowl and mix well to make the marinade.

2Sprinkle some salt on the okra (not included in the recipe) and rub it on a board. Boil water in a pot, add the okra and boil briefly. Once it's boiled, drain the water and soak it in ①.

3Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, quickly dip them in boiling water, drain and place in ①.

4Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve on a plate and garnish with radish sprouts.

5[Tip:]
If the tomato skin bothers you, remove it.
Please remove them. Marinate the vegetables while they are still warm to ensure that the flavor is fully absorbed.
