Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Pancake mix
150g
- rice flour
50g
- water
200cc
- Powdered sugar
50g
- Manuka honey
30g
- Salad oil

How to make it
1Sift the pancake mix and rice flour into a bowl.
2In another bowl, mix the powdered brown sugar, Manuka Honey and water until well combined.
3Add ① to ② and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
4Heat Salad oil in a frying pan, pour in 1 ladleful of ①, spread thinly and fry.
5When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip it over and cook for about 40 seconds, then use a spatula to gently roll it up.
Place in a bowl and add an appropriate amount Manuka Honey (not included in the recipe).
[Tips]
Mixing pancake mix and rice flour will give it a chewy texture.
Add oil each time you bake so that it is easier to turn the dough over.
If the dough is too stiff you won't be able to roll it out thinly, so add some water to make it smoother.
