Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • [Pudding] Egg

    2 pieces

  • [Pudding] Milk

    250cc

  • [Pudding] Made in Hungary Acacia Honey

    50g

  • [Pudding] Vanilla Essence

    5 drops

  • [Pudding] Gelatin

    5g

  • [Pudding] Made in Hungary Honeycomb

    Appropriate amount

  • [Pudding] Mint

    Appropriate amount

  • [A] Kiwi

    2 pieces

  • [A] Made in Hungary Acacia Honey

How to make it

1Cut the kiwi into bite-sized pieces and marinate in Acacia Honey.

2Put half the milk and Acacia Honey in a saucepan and heat, turning off the heat just before it boils.
Add the remaining milk, mix and cool until it cools to body temperature.

3Add the beaten eggs and vanilla Essence to step 2, mix, and strain through a sieve.

4Add the gelatin that has been softened in 3 tablespoons of hot water (not included in the recipe) to 3, mix, and pour into a heat-resistant container.

5Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Place (A) and Honeycomb on top and garnish with mint.

[Tips]
Use any fruit you like.
If you soak the gelatin first, it will harden, so be careful about the order.
