Honey and Lemon Toast

- Plain bread

- Lemon & Honey
Enough to cover the lemon (about 150cc)
- Raw ham

- Cottage cheese (strained type)

- butter

- Italian parsley or your favorite herb

How to make it
1Make honey lemon.
Wash the lemons thoroughly and wipe off the water.
Slice thinly and remove the seeds.
Place in a storage jar and pour over enough Lemon & Honey to cover the lemons.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for about half a day.
2Spread butter and cottage cheese on toasted bread,
Add 3 slices of lemon and ham, and Lemon & Honey to taste.
Add about 1 tablespoon of the sauce, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with herbs.
3[Tips]
If the cottage cheese is difficult to spread, you can put it on top.
You can also use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese for a delicious treat.
