  • Plain bread

    1枚

  • Lemon (Made in Japan)

    1 piece

  • Lemon & Honey

    Enough to cover the lemon (about 150cc)

  • Raw ham

    3枚

  • Cottage cheese (strained type)

    20g

  • butter

    Appropriate amount

  • Black pepper

    a little

  • Italian parsley or your favorite herb

    Appropriate amount

How to make it

1Make honey lemon.
Wash the lemons thoroughly and wipe off the water.
Slice thinly and remove the seeds.
Place in a storage jar and pour over enough Lemon & Honey to cover the lemons.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for about half a day.

2Spread butter and cottage cheese on toasted bread,
Add 3 slices of lemon and ham, and Lemon & Honey to taste.
Add about 1 tablespoon of the sauce, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with herbs.

3[Tips]
If it's difficult to spread the cottage cheese, you can put it on top.
You can also use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese for a delicious treat.
