Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Scallops (for sashimi)

    100g

  • grapefruit

    1/2 piece

  • Baby Leaf

    Appropriate amount

  • Pink pepper (if not available, use black pepper)

  • [Marinade] Olive oil

  • [Marinade] Apple Vinegar

  • [Marinade] Orange Honey

    1 teaspoon

  • [Marinade] Grated garlic

    1/2 teaspoon

  • [Marinade] Salt

    1/2 teaspoon

  • [Marinade] Black pepper

How to make it

1Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix.

2Slice the scallops in half thickness.
Peel the grapefruit, make an incision in the skin and extract the flesh.

3Put 1 and 2 in a bowl and mix quickly.

4Place baby leaves and 3 in a bowl and sprinkle with pink pepper.

5[Tips]
You can also use smoked salmon or prosciutto instead of scallops for a delicious dish.
If you leave it in the marinade for too long, the color will change, so mix it in just before eating.
