Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • strawberry

    8–10 pieces

  • Yuzu & Honey

    1 to 2 tablespoons

  • Corn flakes

    20g

  • Vanilla Icecream

    Appropriate amount

  • Hungarian honeycomb

    Appropriate amount

    Drained yogurt: 100g
    Cottage cheese: 100g
    Made in Hungary Acacia Honey: 2 tablespoons

How to make it

1Make the honey yogurt sauce.
In a bowl[Ingredients for honey yogurt sauce]Add and mix.

2Remove the stems from the strawberries, cut them into quarters lengthwise, and marinate them in Yuzu & Honey.

3Put cornflakes into each glass,
Add honey yogurt sauce, then marinated strawberries, one portion at a time.

4Place vanilla ice cream on top using a scoop or similar.
Garnish with strawberries and cut Honeycomb, and garnish with mint.

5[Tip:]
Use any flavor of ice cream you like other than vanilla.
To make strained yogurt, simply drain the yogurt into a colander lined with kitchen paper and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
