Sauteed pork with honey garlic butter sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Pork shoulder loin: 2 slices (400g)
Butter: 5g
- Salt and pepper: appropriate amount
Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
- Leafy vegetables such as lettuce: moderate amount
Cherry tomatoes (halved): appropriate amount
- Lemon (sliced into wedges): appropriate amount
Flour: appropriate amount
- [A] Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
[A] Sake: 1 tablespoon
- [A] Made in Hungary Acacia Honey: 1/2 tablespoon
[A] Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
How to make it
1Cut the pork into strips and pound it well with a meat tenderizer.
Season both sides with salt and pepper and coat lightly in flour.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and add the pork.
Once browned, flip it over and wipe off excess fat.
3Move the pork to one side and add the ingredients (A) in the empty space in order.
Pour over pork and mix well.
Turn off the heat and add the butter, melting it until evenly mixed.
4Place the pork in a bowl and garnish with vegetables.

Be sure to cut the pork carefully so that it doesn't shrink.
Be careful with the heat as the sauce can burn easily.
