Deep-fried tofu with manuka miso

- Deep-fried tofu

- [A] Red miso

- [A] Manuka Honey
大さじ4
- [A] Alcohol
大さじ2
- [A] Mirin

How to make it
1Add (A) to a pot, mix, and place over medium heat.
Stir with a spatula to prevent burning and simmer until sticky.
Turn off the heat and add the egg yolks, mixing until combined.
2Remove excess oil from the deep-fried tofu lightly with kitchen paper and cut into 4 portions.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the deep-fried tofu and fry until browned on both sides.
3Place in a bowl and pour ① over it.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and garnish with kinome and kabosu.

You can also make it delicious with honey other than Manuka Honey, such as Acacia Honey.
Add the egg yolk to the Dengaku miso and stir quickly.
Be careful not to let the egg yolk solidify.
