Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Yellowtail (fillet)
2 slices
- salt

- soy sauce【A】

- potato starch

- Liquor【A】
大さじ2
- Salad oil
1/2 tablespoon
- sweet sake【A】
大さじ2
- honey【A】
1 to 2 teaspoons
How to make it
1Sprinkle salt on both sides of the yellowtail and let sit for 30 minutes.
Wash with water, wipe dry, and lightly coat with potato starch.
