Amazake with Yuzu & Honey and soy milk

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Rice malt sweet sake
200cc
- Soy milk
100cc
- Yuzu & Honey
大さじ1
- Yuzu peel

How to make it
1Put the amazake and soy milk in a small pot.
Stir with a wooden spatula and place on low heat.
2Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat, pour into a cup, add Yuzu & Honey and mix well.
Sprinkle with yuzu peel if available.

Amazake varies in sweetness and concentration depending on the product.
Check the taste and adjust.
Adding Yuzu & Honey as a finishing touch brings out the yuzu aroma.
