Korean-style meat tofu

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Beef (offcuts): 200g
Grilled tofu: 1 block (250-300g)
- Onion: 1/2
Chinese chives: 1/2 bunch
- Kimchi: 100g
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
- White sesame seeds: appropriate amount
[A] Water: 300cc
- [A] Beef consomme (granules): 5g
[A] Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- [A] Made in Japan Wild Flower Honey: 1 tablespoon
[A] Sake: 1 tablespoon
- [A] Gochujang: 1 tablespoon
How to make it
1Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the onion into 1cm-wide wedges and the chives into 4cm-long pieces.
2Heat sesame oil in a pan and lightly fry the kimchi.
Add the onion and fry until soft, then add (A).
Once boiling, add the tofu and beef and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
3Add the chives to step 2, turn off the heat, and finish by drizzling sesame oil (not included in the recipe).
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
