Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Beef (thinly sliced): 250g
Onion: 1/2
- 1/2 green pepper
Ginger Pickled in Honey: 40g
- Cake flour: appropriate amount
Salad oil: appropriate amount
- Roasted white sesame seeds: appropriate amount
Accompanying vegetables (lettuce, tomato, etc.): appropriate amount
- [A]: Ginger Pickled in Honey: 1 tablespoon
[A]: Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- [A]: Sake: 1 tablespoon
How to make it
1Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle a thin layer of flour on top. Cut the onion into 5mm thin slices and the bell pepper into 5mm strips.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and add the beef from step 1. When the beef changes color, remove it from the frying pan and quickly wipe off any dirt with kitchen paper.
3Add the onion to ② and stir fry until soft. Add the green peppers and Ginger Pickled in Honey ginger and stir fry briefly, then add the beef back in and add [A] and stir fry. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds, and garnish with vegetables.

Instead of thinly sliced beef, you can use shredded shoulder roast or yakiniku rib meat for a slightly richer dish.
