Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 piece of sea bream (or horse mackerel, scallops, octopus, etc. for sashimi)

    1/2 onion

  • 1/2 medium tomato

    Perilla leaves - 5 pieces

  • 5 thin slices of ginger

    Black pepper - appropriate amount

  • Baby leaves - appropriate amount

    Olive oil [A] - 5 tablespoons

  • Apple Vinegar [A]: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons

    Lemon & Honey [A] 2 tsp

  • Salt [A] - 2 teaspoons

    Light soy sauce [A] - 1 tsp

  • Black pepper [A] - appropriate amount

How to make it

1Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain thoroughly. Julienne the shiso leaves and ginger, soak in water, and drain. Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized cubes, and slice the sea bream into 1cm pieces.

2Mix the ingredients in [A] in a bowl.

3③ In another bowl, add the sea bream, onion, and half of ②, mix roughly, and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

4Place the baby leaves and ingredients (3) on a plate, top with the shiso leaves and ginger, pour the remaining (A) over the dish, and finish by sprinkling with black pepper.

5The lemon marinade can also be used as a salad dressing.
