How to make it

1Put the washed rice into a rice cooker and add 3 tablespoons of [A]. Add water up to the 2 cups mark and cook as usual.

2Cut the grilled eel into bite-sized pieces for decoration, and cut the remaining eel into 1cm cubes to be mixed in.

3Add the grilled eel filling to the cooked rice and steam for about 10 minutes. Turn it over, sprinkle a little salt on top, mix well, and form into bite-sized rice balls.

4Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and arrange ③ in it. Spread the remaining 【A】 on the surface of the rice balls and fry until golden brown on both sides.

5Add some grilled eel for decoration and garnish with spring onions.
Rice cooked with honey sauce tends to crumble easily, so be sure to press the rice balls firmly.
