Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh

    300g

  • Salad oil

    Appropriate amount

  • Lemon (wedge)

  • Accompanying vegetables (baby leaves, coriander, cherry tomatoes, etc.)

  • Yogurt (unsweetened) [A]

How to make it

1Poke holes in the skin of the chicken thighs with a fork and place them in a plastic bag. Add the ingredients in (A) and rub together thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

2Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the chicken thighs skin side down. Press the skin side down against the frying pan with a spatula and cook until golden brown. Turn over. Cover and steam over low heat until cooked through.

3Cut ② into bite-sized pieces and place on a plate. Serve with garnished vegetables and lemon.

4The marinade can burn easily, so be careful when cooking.
