Honey Tandoori Chicken

How to make it
1Poke holes in the skin of the chicken thighs with a fork and place them in a plastic bag. Add the ingredients in (A) and rub together thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and place the chicken thighs skin side down. Press the skin side down against the frying pan with a spatula and cook until golden brown. Turn over. Cover and steam over low heat until cooked through.
