Fruit Juice Infused Honey

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Plain bread

- Fresh cream
200cc
- Yuzu & Honey
1 1/2 tablespoons
How to make it
1Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash them and wipe off any moisture.
2Put the cream and Yuzu & Honey in a bowl and, while cooling it with ice, whip thoroughly with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
3Spread plastic wrap on a cutting board and place one slice of bread. Place 1/4 of ② generously on top and arrange 3 strawberries in the center. Arrange the strawberries cut into quarters in the gaps, and place 1/4 of ② on top. Place another slice of bread on top and wrap in plastic wrap, pressing lightly with your hands. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
4Leave ③ in the refrigerator for about an hour, then cut it into two equal parts with the plastic wrap still on.
5Tips
Using Yuzu & Honey instead of sugar will give you a refreshingly sweet cream. You can also replace half of the fresh cream with cream cheese to make it even more delicious. Try using seasonal fruits other than strawberries to create a variety of flavors.
