Spring cabbage and whitebait boiled in soy sauce

How to make it
1Cut the cabbage into chunks. Cut the tough core part into thin diagonal slices.
2Put the marinade and shirasu in a pot and heat. When it boils, add the cabbage and simmer while pressing lightly with chopsticks until it becomes soft. Allow the pot to cool.
3Place ② in a bowl and top with bonito flakes. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and shichimi pepper.
4Tips
Adjust the amount of Ginger Pickled in Honey to taste. It is delicious either freshly made or cooled.
