Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Fruit Juice Infused Honey
40cc
- water
210cc
- gelatin
5g
- Approximately 80℃ hot water
50cc
- Your favorite fruit
Appropriate amount
How to make it
1< Yuzu & Honey jelly>
1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
2. Combine Fruit Juice Infused Honey and water in a bowl, add 1 and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into a container and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until solidified.
4. Once set, sprinkle with yuzu peel.
2<Blueberry & Honey Jelly>
1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
2. Combine Fruit Juice Infused Honey and water in a bowl, add 1 and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into a container and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until solidified.
4. Once set, top with blueberries.
3< Mango & Honey Jelly>
1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
2. Combine Fruit Juice Infused Honey and water in a bowl, add 1 and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into a container and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until solidified.
4. Once set, sprinkle with mango pulp.
