Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 3 medium new potatoes

    Bamboo shoots (boiled) 120g

  • 1 Salad oil

    10g butter

  • Black pepper to taste

    Leaf buds (as needed)

  • Yuzu peel (as needed)

    Miso sauce (sauce) 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon & Honey Sauce 1 tbsp

1 tablespoon Wild Flower Honey sauce

  • Sake sauce 1 tablespoon

    Soy sauce (sauce) 2 teaspoons

How to make it

1

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, and soak them in water. Place them in a heat-resistant container lined with damp kitchen paper, and steam in a 600W microwave for about 10 minutes until they are soft.

2Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the ingredients for Lemon & Honey Sauce in a bowl.

3Heat Salad oil in a frying pan, add the new potatoes and bamboo shoots, and fry until golden brown all over.

4Add ② to ③ and stir fry the whole mixture. Finish by adding butter and letting it melt. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with kinome and yuzu peel.

5Tips

Use the amount of Lemon & Honey sauce you like. Also, be careful with the heat as it burns easily.
