Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 10 medium size shrimp (peeled)

    1 beaten egg

  • Potato starch (as needed)

    A little salt and pepper

  • A little sesame oil

    Frying oil (appropriate amount)

  • Nuts of your choice

    Parsley (as needed)

  • Mayonnaise [mayonnaise sauce]

  • Milk [Mayonnaise sauce]

  • Ketchup [Mayonnaise sauce]

    1 teaspoon

  • Rapeseed Honey [mayonnaise sauce]

    2 teaspoons

  • Apple Vinegar [mayonnaise sauce]

    2 teaspoons

How to make it

Mix the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl.

2Remove the vein from the shrimp, peel it, wash it in salt water, and then put it in a paper bag.
Wipe off excess water with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the potato starch and sesame oil and rub together to season.

3Put a suitable amount of potato starch in a tray, transfer the shrimp from step ③ and add the potato starch.
Coat the rice with the potato starch, discarding any excess.

4Heat frying oil in a pan to 170°C and add shrimp, 3 to 4 at a time.
Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove.

5Transfer ⑤ to bowl ① and lightly mix with the Mayonnaise Sauce.
Serve in serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chopped parsley.
