Honey shrimp mayonnaise

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 10 medium size shrimp (peeled)
1 beaten egg
- Potato starch (as needed)
A little salt and pepper
- A little sesame oil
Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- Nuts of your choice
Parsley (as needed)
- Mayonnaise [mayonnaise sauce]

- Milk [Mayonnaise sauce]

- Ketchup [Mayonnaise sauce]
1 teaspoon
- Rapeseed Honey [mayonnaise sauce]
2 teaspoons
- Apple Vinegar [mayonnaise sauce]
2 teaspoons
How to make it

Mix the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2Remove the vein from the shrimp, peel it, wash it in salt water, and then put it in a paper bag.
Wipe off excess water with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the potato starch and sesame oil and rub together to season.
3Put a suitable amount of potato starch in a tray, transfer the shrimp from step ③ and add the potato starch.
Sprinkle over the potato starch and discard any excess.
4Heat frying oil in a pan to 170°C and add shrimp, 3 to 4 at a time.
Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove.
5Transfer ⑤ to bowl ① and lightly mix with the 【Mayonnaise Sauce】.
Serve in serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chopped parsley.
