How to make it
1Slice the chicken into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat the surface with potato starch.
2Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken from step 1, skin side down. Brown both sides and cook thoroughly through.
3Once the chicken is cooked through, add the shimeji mushrooms cut into small clusters.
