Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh

    200g

  • Honey and Apple Vinegar

  • Shimeji mushroom

    1/2 pack

  • sugar

    大さじ1【A】

  • Salt and pepper

    A little of each

  • Light soy sauce

    大さじ1【A】

  • Potato starch

    a little

  • Sesame oil (white)

How to make it

1Slice the chicken into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat the surface with potato starch.

2Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken from step 1, skin side down. Brown both sides and cook thoroughly through.

3Once the chicken is cooked through, add the shimeji mushrooms cut into small clusters.
Once the oil has mixed with the shimeji mushrooms, mix well.【A】Pour in the ingredients, cover, and simmer for a little while until thoroughly combined.
