Honey Sauteed Pumpkin

How to make it
1Slice the pumpkin into 8mm thick slices, cut the bacon into 4cm long strips, and peel and mash the garlic.
2Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, and when the aroma comes out, add the bacon and fry. Add the pumpkin and stir quickly, then cover and steam-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
3When the pumpkin is cooked, add butter, soy sauce, and Made in Japan Acacia Honey, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
