Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

  • 200g pork shabu-shabu

    1/8 cut Chinese cabbage

  • 1 white leek

    1/2 bag of mizuna

  • 1 bag of shimeji mushrooms

    1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 burdock

    2 pieces of fried tofu

  • 1 block of tofu

    Ground sesame seeds (as needed)

  • Chili oil (as needed)

    Soy milk [soup] 800cc

  • White dashi soup: 60cc

    Miso [soup] 3 tablespoons

  • Acacia Honey [soup] 1 tablespoon

    Sesame paste [soup] 2 tablespoons

How to make it

1Cut the Chinese cabbage into chunks, the white onion into diagonal slices, the carrot into diagonal round slices, the burdock into thin strips, the stems of the shimeji mushrooms removed and torn into bite-sized pieces.

2Drain the oil from the fried tofu in boiling water and cut it into strips. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

3Put miso paste, sesame paste, and Made in Hungary Acacia Honey in a bowl, add white dashi stock to thin it out. Add soy milk and mix thoroughly, then transfer to a pot and heat. Add ingredients and simmer, then sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and drizzle with chili oil just before serving.

4[Tip:]
Thinly sliced pork belly can also be replaced with thinly sliced pork loin or chicken thighs for a delicious dish.
