Yuzu honey (1000g)

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 4 sheets of crepe

    1/2 tablespoon Yuzu & Honey

  • 1/2 tablespoon Made in Hungary Acacia Honey

    5g butter

  • 200ml orange juice

    Brandy (as needed)

  • Orange (sliced into wedges and skin removed)

    Vanilla ice cream (as needed)

How to make it

1Make Yuzu & Honey sauce. Put Yuzu & Honey Made in Hungary Acacia Honey and butter in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Once thickened, add the orange juice and bring to a gentle simmer.

2Fold the crepe dough in quarters and place in the frying pan.
Pour the sauce onto the crepe dough with a spoon and simmer to allow the flavors to soak in.
Add the brandy and bring to a boil.

3Serve in serving bowls and garnish with ice cream or orange, if desired.

※One point advice
It will still taste great without brandy, but using it will give it a more authentic, flavorful finish.
