Grilled cod with honey and miso

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 2 pieces cod
Sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit)
- A suitable amount of pickled ginger
- 3 tablespoons miso (honey miso)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Made in Japan Wild Flower Honey [Honey miso]
- 1 teaspoon sake [honey miso]
1 teaspoon soy sauce [honey miso]
How to make it
1Sprinkle salt (not included in the recipe) on both sides of the cod and let sit for about 15 minutes.
2Put the ingredients for the honey miso in a bowl and mix together.
3Rinse the cod to remove the salt and wipe it dry. Place the cod and honey miso in a storage bag and leave in the refrigerator for at least half a day.
4Wipe off the honey miso with a paper towel and grill the fish until golden brown on a fish grill.
※One point advice
Instead of cod, you can also use salmon or sea bream. If it burns, cover it with aluminum foil. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
