Ingredients (Serves 2-4)
- Melon (medium)
1 ball
- Yuzu & Honey

- shaved ice

- Honeycomb

How to make it
1Cut the melon in half horizontally and remove the seeds with a spoon.
2Use a hollow carton to cut out the flesh into a ball, then scrape off the remaining flesh to create the melon bowl.
3Place the shaved ice in a melon bowl, garnish with the hollowed-out fruit pulp, and garnish with honeycomb.
4Serve with plenty of Yuzu & Honey.

You can also make it delicious with Lemon & Honey.
You can also use watermelon instead of melon.
