Ingredients (*for people who can easily make)

  • Your favorite fruit

    About 100g

  • water

    180cc

  • Honey with fruit juice

    大さじ3

  • Powdered gelatin [A]

    5g

  • Water [A]

    大さじ3

How to make it

1Place [A] in a small container and microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.

2Put water and honey with fruit juice in a pot and heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat and add gelatin (step 1) while stirring until dissolved. Transfer to a container or similar and add your favorite fruit.

3Once cooled and solidified, mix with a fork to crumble the jelly.
