Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • milk

    200cc

  • Fresh cream

    150cc

  • honey

    大さじ3

  • Vanilla Essence

    A few drops

  • (A) Powdered gelatin

    5g

  • (A) Water

    大さじ3

How to make it

1Place (A) in a small container and microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.

2Heat the milk and honey in a saucepan until just before boiling. Remove from heat and add the gelatin, cream, and vanilla Essence from step 1 and mix.

3Mix well and pour into cups. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and it's done.
