How to make it

1Cut the pork into strips, spread it out and lightly coat it with flour. Roughly chop Ginger Pickled in Honey ginger and combine the ingredients (A) together.

2Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the pork.

3When the meat is about 70% done, wipe off excess oil, add (A) and cook until completely done.

4Tips
The flour-coated pork is coated with the gentle, refreshing sweetness of Ginger Pickled in Honey sauce, which makes it soft and tender. You can also add some shredded fresh ginger to finish it off.
