Lemon & Honey strawberry jam

Ingredients (*Easy to make amount for 1 person)
- strawberry
300g
- Lemon & Honey
200g
- lemon juice

How to make it
1Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, mix with Lemon & Honey and leave for about 15 minutes.
2Put ① into a pot, place over medium heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes, skimming off the scum.
3Add the lemon juice and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
4Store in a clean, sanitized jar.

[Tip:]
Using Lemon & Honey makes the strawberry jam elegant and refreshing. Boil for about 20 minutes.
If you boil them for too long, the color will turn whitish and the strawberry flavor will disappear. Please sterilize the jars you will be storing them in by boiling.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within a week.
