Ingredients (Serves 3-4)

  • Steak beef 400-500g

    1/2 onion (grated)

  • 1 kiwi (grated)

    1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Acacia Honey

    1 dried bay leaf

  • 1/2 teaspoon steak spice (commercially available)

    Salad oil (as needed)

  • Lemon slices, as desired

    Butter as needed

  • 2 tablespoons of ★ marinade liquid [Honey sauce]

    2 tablespoons sake [Honey sauce]

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce [honey sauce]

    2 teaspoons Acacia Honey [Honey sauce]

How to make it

1Remove the beef from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
Put it back in the pot and beat it with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin.

2Rub the spices on both sides of the meat and marinate in the marinade mixture marked ★ for 2 to 3 hours.

3Wipe off the marinade with kitchen paper.

4Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then remove from heat.
Leave in the pan for 4 minutes.
 

5Quickly wipe off any dirt from the frying pan, add the ingredients for the honey sauce, and bring to a boil.
Pour the honey sauce over the steak in the dish, then top with lemon or butter to taste.
