Refreshing Chicken Sukiyaki

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Chicken thighs 400-500g
1/8 Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 bunch of chrysanthemum
1 Enoki mushroom
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 shimeji mushroom
- 1 white leek
1 pack of konnyaku noodles
- 1 block of grilled tofu
Stock 150cc 【A】
- Sake 100cc 【A】
Soy sauce 100cc 【A】
- Mirin 100cc 【A】

How to make it
1Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2Slice the green onions diagonally and cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the enoki, shiitake and shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small bunches. Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chrysanthemum into 5cm lengths.
3Put [A] in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken, and once cooked, add all the other ingredients except for the chrysanthemum and simmer.
4Add chrysanthemum as finishing touch and it's done.
