Western-style sushi with "honey" and "Apple Vinegar"

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 cups of rice
Smoked salmon 2 packs
- Salmon roe (approximately 50g)
5-6 shrimp
- 2 radishes
1/2 avocado
- A little dill
Black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
1/4 cup Apple Vinegar [A]
- 1 tablespoon SUGI BEE GARDEN Blend Honey [A]
1/2 teaspoon salt 【A】
How to make it
1Cook the rice until it is firm. Once cooked, add (A) and mix quickly to make vinegared rice.
2Boil the shrimp and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the radishes.
3Place the ingredients on top of the vinegared rice, sprinkle with black pepper, and finish by drizzling extra virgin olive oil on top if desired.
