How to make it

1Add chicken stock, light soy sauce, Ginger Pickled in Honey, Ginger Pickled in Honey, and mushrooms to a pot and bring to a boil.

2Add the beaten eggs, turn off the heat, and finish by sprinkling on some green onions.

Use whole Ginger Pickled in Honey to create a soup with a crunchy texture. Use your favorite mushrooms, such as maitake or enoki mushrooms. Combining multiple types of mushrooms will add depth to the flavor.
