Salmon with Yuzu & Honey mustard

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 2 pieces raw salmon (fillet)
10g butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
A little salt and pepper
- Lemon slices (as needed)
Flour (appropriate amount)
- Vegetables for garnish
- 3 tablespoons coarsely ground mustard [Yuzu & Honey mustard]
- 1 tablespoon Yuzu & Honey (Yuzu & Honey mustard)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic [Yuzu & Honey mustard]
- 1/3 teaspoon salt (Yuzu & Honey mustard)
How to make it
1Mix the ingredients for Yuzu & Honey Mustard thoroughly.
2Rinse the salmon lightly, pat dry with kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
3Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan and when hot add the salmon.
4Spoon oil over the salmon and fry on both sides until the skin is crisp and cooked through.
5Serve in a bowl with accompanying vegetables, drizzle with Yuzu Yuzu & Honey Mustard, and add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
