Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Boiled octopus

    150g

  • Apple vinegar [mixed vinegar]

  • Honey [mixed vinegar]

  • Light soy sauce [mixed vinegar]

  • Shredded ginger

    Appropriate amount

  • Kombucha (mixed vinegar)

    1/3 teaspoon

  • White sesame

    As appropriate

How to make it

1Sprinkle salt on the octopus, rub it in, wash it thoroughly under running water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

2Thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle lightly with salt, mix, leave for about 10 minutes, and squeeze out the water thoroughly.

3Add the ingredients for the 【mixed vinegar】 to a bowl and mix well, then add ① and ② and mix.

4Place in a bowl, top with shredded ginger, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to taste.
