How to make it
1Sprinkle salt on the octopus, rub it in, wash it thoroughly under running water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2Thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle lightly with salt, mix, leave for about 10 minutes, and squeeze out the water thoroughly.
