Yan'nyomu chicken

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 6 chicken wings
1 chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon sake [gochujang sauce]
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sake [seasoning]
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce [gochujang sauce]
- 1 Salad oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic [seasoning]
- 1 tablespoon honey [Gochujang sauce]
- Potato starch (as needed)
1 teaspoon grated ginger [seasoning]
- 1 tablespoon pure Honey Vinegar [Gochujang sauce]
- Threaded chili peppers (as needed)
2 tablespoons gochujang (gochujang sauce)
- 1/3 teaspoon chili powder [Gochujang sauce]
How to make it
1Make cuts along the bones in the chicken wings. Place in a storage bag along with the seasoning ingredients, rub together well, and coat with potato starch.
2Mix the [Gochujang sauce] in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in the microwave (600W) for about 2 minutes.
3Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and add ①. Fry for about 5 minutes, turning over, then add ②. Add white sesame seeds and mix well.
4Serve in a bowl and top with shredded chili peppers or chopped green onions to taste.
