Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • rice

  • mixed meat

    Approximately 150g

  • Tomato (medium)

    2 pieces

  • garlic

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Salad oil

    大さじ1

  • Curry powder (powder)

    大さじ2

  • Salt and pepper

    a little

  • Radish sprouts

    Appropriate amount

  • [A] Yuzu & Honey, tomato ketchup, soy sauce

    1 tablespoon each

How to make it

1Cut the tomatoes into 6 wedges.
Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

2Add salad oil, garlic and ginger to a frying pan and heat over low heat. When the aroma comes out, add the ground meat and stir fry until it starts to crumble, then add the curry powder and stir fry well.

3Add the tomatoes to ② and stir fry briefly, then add (A) and season with salt and pepper.

4Fry the tomatoes until the skin starts to peel off slightly, then serve in a bowl with rice and sprinkle with radish sprouts to finish.
