Seasonal vegetables with butter sauce, Manuka Honey miso sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Boiled bamboo shoots
About 200g
- asparagus
3 bottles
- butter
10g
- Salt and pepper

- Soy sauce [Manuka Honey sesame miso sauce]

How to make it
1Mix the ingredients for Manuka Honey Sesame Miso Sauce well.
2Wash the bamboo shoots thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the asparagus at the base with a peeler and cut diagonally into 3cm lengths.
3Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the bamboo shoots. When they start to brown, add the asparagus and stir fry until cooked through. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4Place in a bowl and top with Manuka Honey Sesame Miso Sauce to finish.
