Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Japanese white radish

    1/2 bottle

  • Chicken wings

    8 bottles

  • Salad oil

    大さじ1

  • Water [A]

    250cc

  • Acacia Honey [A]

    大さじ3

  • Soy sauce [A]

    大さじ3

  • Alcohol [A]

    大さじ1

How to make it

1Peel the daikon radish, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and boil it in water or rice water (not included in the recipe) until soft.

2Heat Salad oil in a pan, add the chicken wings and brown the surface.

3Add (A) and the daikon radish to step 2, bring to a boil, skim off the scum, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
